NITIE came up with an interesting case study as a part of their LITMUS event, I decided to take part in this. My first attempt at a case study as a Bschooler. 340 teams participated. Unfortunately I did not make it to the top 5 teams.
Though participating and tinkering with my grey cells was indeed a good experience. Marketing is all about practicing what you learn. Hence will surely try my hands at a few more case study competitions in future.
In the mean while would like my blog readers to provide me with feedback on my case.

Quite an effort, Amit. Better luck next time!!
SyncQuest’10 enjoyed a thumping response receiving close to 340 entries from various B-Schools across the country. It was entries like yours, that made the job of jury tough and team SyncQuest had to give opportunity to 5 teams instead of 4 (as announced previously) to present their solutions in front of the esteemed jury on 13th August. Final round saw some of the brightest business brains of the country battling it out for the coveted prize money. IIFT Delhi won the event whereas IIM Shillong came in a close second. Indeed 13th of August was one of the most action and learning packed day for any b-school student.
Looking back, Litmus‘10 was successful in its intention of improving managerial
competencies in the field of Information Technology. The cumulative efforts of the
students of the PGDITM program certainly bore fruit and the event culminated with everyone taking away a wealth of knowledge and some great memories.
