Hi, so you actually cared to know about me heh? My autobiography is all set to come up soon. So let me keep it short here.
Pointer : If you do read this post sincerely and with full dedication you will get to see a rather revealing picture of Katrina Kaif at the bottom the post. Promise!
I am an Electronics and Telecommunications engineer from Goa College of Engineering. I have been an avid blogger since my engineering days. And through blogging have got introduced to things like social media marketing, search engine optimization, and to a whole new dimension on the internet. This led to me venturing into starting my own internet portals and making some good money. Not good enough to buy a Lexus but yes, good enough to be a proud possessor of a Nokia N73.
Post Engineering like most engineers out there, I joined Tata Consultancy Services. The best part of TCS was its ILP (Initial Learning Program), where bonds and friendships were formed which would surely last for a lifetime. But good times do not last long. Soon after ILP was put into a project and had to grasp things like ASP, .NET, C#, SQL which may look like small words but ask a novice IT engineer, and he would prefer to go on a date with Rakhi Sawant than code in these absurd languages. But as Rakhi Sawant was not around, I had to get to learning these languages.
Coding seemed rather boring, and a no action kind of thing. So in my free time I started reading about the client’s business and the business impact of our IT system. This did prove useful when the current IT system was to be re-engineered from a .NET to an Oracle BPM platform. Suddenly gears changed from Kora Kagaaz to a James Bond flick. A new project, a large team and a lot learning to do. I persisted my senior management that I wanted to get into the leadership role. Not sure whether it was my persistence, confidence or lack of resources that had me become the back up project lead and a module lead. But what is important was that I got what I wanted and eagerly latched onto it.
The 15 odd months that I worked in this workflow BPM project was an enriching experience. The most amazing part was the 6 odd months when I was made the Project Lead. Managing the umpteen project problems, interacting with the client on almost a 24/7 basis, and finally getting things from the red zone to the green zone was a fortunate experience to have in such a small career span. Must say that a great team and superb mentors did make the job easy for me.
Side by side I fostered dreams of doing an MBA from an IIM. But CAT 2009 played spoilsport. However a 98% in XAT, landed me into XIM Bhubaneswar. Currently enjoying life @ B School and pursuing my interest in Marketing and Strategy. Hope to become a consultant in a top multinational in the time to come. Also 15 -20 years down the line see my self entering the education sector.
By now you would definitely have had material enough to write a term paper on me by now. So that’s enough. I will stop at this.
To know more about me connect with me on LinkedIn or join my social network on Facebook.

Do not blame me. I told you to read this post with sincerity and dedication. See now you only get to see my picture. Damn it man! Ok, no problem. Read carefully next time round. Good luck.
